Have you checked out Scribe's latest innovations?
Finding patients is even quicker now. We've replaced the drop down list of letters for patient last name with a search box. Just enter as much of the last name as you know and hit search.
Use this search instead of the advanced search's full text search to quickly find just the patient you are looking for!
Customize the columns you see in your inbox and archive.
Just login and click on the preferences tab. Then click on the "My File" link on the left. Follow the instructions on the screen that appears.
From this screen you can change the columns that you see on your inbox as well as the order in which the columns
appear.
Also check out the new "Actions" column. You can quickly, listen, edit, track, or see notes on a file by using the icons in this new column.

Upgraded Phone System Introduced
Scribe has upgraded its phone system and network. The new system provides more flexibliity for users and greatly expands our capacity.
Users should notice little change — other than a new Dictation ID schema that includes a "dash" in it and some additional checks and balances so that dictations don't unintentionally get deleted.
And under the "covers" know that there is now a more flexible system to meet your dictation needs. If you have questions about more customizations for your group, just contact your account manager.

Mac Users - upgrade to Safari!!
Since Microsoft has been phasing out support for IE on the Mac, Scribe recommends you begin using
Safari.
