Donna C.E. Williamson
Ms. Williamson is well known in the health care industry and sits on the boards of several publicly traded health care companies. She was most recently the Managing Director of ABN Amro’s private equity group. Prior to that she was one of the founding officer’s of Caremark, Inc, as Senior Vice President of Integrated Services. Before Caremark she had a distinguished career at Baxter International serving as Corporate Vice President, Health Cost Management.

Mark A. Thierer
Mr. Thierer is a health care industry leader, currently President & COO of SXC Health Solutions. He is the former Senior Vice President of Industry Relations for Caremark, Inc., where he was responsible for overseeing strategy, trade relations, retail services, biotech partnerships, and e-business initiatives. Previously, he had a 12-year career with IBM where he served in numerous healthcare marketing and industry capacities.

Jeffrey Hughes
Mr. Hughes is Director of Business Operations, Planning & Strategy, Palo Alto Medical Foundation.

Benjamin Rooks
Mr. Rooks has a long distinguished career as a Health Care Analyst. Most recently he was Executive Director of Equity Research for CIBC World Markets. He was one of the first to identify and report on the emerging e-health sector. He has been a judge for the Microsoft Industry Solutions Award for Health Care. Prior to CIBC he was a health care analyst for Vector Securities. He has an MBA from The Wharton School and an undergraduate degree from Brandeis University.
