Donna C.E. Williamson
Ms. Williamson is well known in the health care industry and sits on the boards of several publicly traded health care companies. She was most recently the Managing Director of ABN Amro’s private equity group. Prior to that she was one of the founding officer’s of Caremark, Inc, as Senior Vice President of Integrated Services. Before Caremark she had a distinguished career at Baxter International serving as Corporate Vice President, Health Cost Management.
Scott Faulkner
Scott Faulkner currently serves as Chief Executive Officer for InterFix LLC, and is also the current President of the Medical Transcription Industry Alliance. Faulkner has served as Vice President, Sales and Market Development for Rodeer Systems, a global healthcare information services company after a highly successful 22-year tenure in the medical documentation industry. He has sales efforts for VDI, Dictaphone, and Speech Machines over the course of his successful career.
Faulkner is also an active board participant for the American Association of Medical Transcriptionists (AAMT), a noted author to multiple industry publications, and frequent guest lecturer to MTIA, AAMT, AHIMA, HIMSS and TEPR.
Thomas R. Prince
Tom Prince is a Professor of Health Industry Management and Professor of Accounting Information and Management at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a Special Advisor to SIAH. He has been applying his professional experience in information technology to healthcare entities for more than 25 years. Prince has evaluated, designed, implemented, and assessed the information systems in many hospitals and medical centers. His current research centers on information technology and financial management of healthcare entities with special emphasis on computer-based patient records, clinical integration, Intranet, Internet, physician-hospital organizations, joint ventures, and medical technology. SIAH has partnered with Tom to make his Healthcare Decision Support analytical tools available in a web-enabled format to institutions across the country.
Mark A. Thierer
Mr. Thierer is a health care industry consultant and the former Senior Vice President of Industry Relations for Caremark, Inc., where he was responsible for overseeing strategy, trade relations, retail services, biotech partnerships, and e-business initiatives. Previously, he had a 12-year career with IBM where he served in numerous healthcare marketing and industry capacities.
Dr. Edward Diao
Dr. Diao is Associate Professor of Orthosurgery, University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Diao's interests focus on disorders of the upper extremity, roughly the elbow to the fingertips. He has studied soft tissue injuries and treatments and the biomechanics and biology of tendon healing since the beginning of his career. Diao earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and his medical degree from The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University. He did two years of a general surgery residency at the Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, Mass., followed by his orthopedic residency in the Harvard Combined Orthopedic Program at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He was a fellow in hand surgery at Roosevelt Hospital in New York before joining UCSF Medical Center in 1993.

Mr. Hughes is VP of Operations, San Jose Medical Group.
Mark D. Mandel
Mr. Mandel a widely recognized health care economist and was the former Vice President for Market Development at Health Management Systems in New York, New York. He is an adjunct assistant professor for Socio-Medical Services at Boston University's School of Medicine and Public Health. He holds an undergraduate degree in political science from Syracuse University and a master's degree in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
Dr. Eugene Grossi
Dr. Grossi is the Chief Cardio-Thoracic Surgery, New York University Medical Center. He is a specialist in Automatic Implantable Cardiac; General Cardiothoracic Surgery (including reoperative surgery); Minimally invasive mitral valve surgery; Pacemaker insertion; and Valvular heart surgery. Dr. Grossi was trained at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University.
Dr. Thomas Gouge
Dr. Gouge is Chief of Surgery, New York Veterans Administration Hospital. He also practices at NYU's Tisch hospital and is a Professor of Clinical Surgery at NYU's School of Medicine. Dr. Gouge's specialties include: Colon/Rectal Surgery; Esophageal Reflux; Gastrointestinal Surgery; Hepato-Biliary Surgery; Pancreatic Surgery. He received his medical education at Yale University.
Benjamin Rooks
Mr. Rooks has a long distinguished career as a Health Care Analyst. Most recently he was Executive Director of Equity Research for CIBC World Markets. He was one of the first to identify and report on the emerging e-health sector. He has been a judge for the Microsoft Industry Solutions Award for Health Care. Prior to CIBC he was a health care analyst for Vector Securities. He has an MBA from The Wharton School and an undergraduate degree from Brandeis University.
