Mark D. Boyce
Mr. Boyce has been a successful entrepreneur in organizations large and small, helping to start the IBM PC division and design the strategy that fueled Anixter's growth from a $500 million to $1.5 billion company.

Rama D. Jager, MD
Dr. Jager received his medical degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from Stanford University. Before becoming one of the original founders of Scribe, Dr. Jager led MCard -- a patient information management company. Concurrently, Dr. Jager secured a 3-year, $900,000 development contract from the American Medical Association to develop the AMA's physician/member web network. Dr. Jager is a published author on the business of information technology, and co-author of In the Company of Giants: Candid Conversations with the Visionaries of the Digital World (McGraw-Hill, 1997).

Dennis Wang, MD
Upon completing his medical training at Northwestern University Medical School, Dr. Wang helped found Scribe. Dr. Wang led the company's software and network development efforts, directing system and software design, beta-site launch and full implementation. Additionally, Dennis has also served as a technical and business advisor to Softfoundry, a Singapore-based software development company.

John Weiss
Mr. Weiss is one of the founding partners of yesmail.com, where he was Vice President of Sales. He was instrumental in formulating corporate strategy and building a national sales force that exceeded a $50 million revenue run rate within 18 months. Mr. Weiss also helped lead the effort to recruit a new executive management team, which resulted in yesmail.com's successful IPO in September of 1999 and subsequent acquisition by CMGI for $770 million in March of 2000. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Wisconsin, Parkside and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
