Volume Report
The volume report lets you see the number of reports and lines of documents transcribed for any period. You can see summary by group, physician, or see every individual report. You can also download an Excel spreadsheet of the detailed transactions.

SnapShot Report
The snapshot reports lets you see exactly where each report is in the process for a given period. You can also see summary by group, or physician as well as see the detail for each transcation.

CycleTime Report
The cycletime report shows you how long each step of the proces has taken. With this report you can see how long it takes for dictation (if integrated with and ADT system), transcription, approval, etc. You can also see a summary by group, physician or the detailed transactions.

Quality Report
The quality report shows how you have rated the work that has been completed. It keeps track of rejections and approvals of documents. You can see a summary by group, physician, or the detailed transactions.
