The Pending Page shows dictation files uploaded to the scribe system that are not yet finished transcribing and offers the user the option to Upload a dictation to the Platform (via the Upload Tool).
The Bypass QA button is not used in Scribe Lite as QA queue is available only with Scribe Complete.
The Search Pane allows the user to search for a dictation by Reference ID or Dictation Id, by clicking on the Dict ID Link, entering the ID in the field and clicking Search.
The Pending Queue shows:
Tracking - click the Blue "T" to view tracking for the current dictation.
Ref ID - unique id generated by the Scribe Phone System if dictation is done by phone
Dict ID - unique id generated by the Scribe system for all dictations whether done by phone or handheld
Dictator - User for whom the file was uploaded (set by entry of User ID and Phone Pin on the phone system, or by drop down with the Upload Tool)
Group - Group the dictation was uploaded to (Scribe Lite offers one group only, so no special action is required by the user)
Recorded - For Scribe Lite, date the dictation was received by our system. Also the Listen Link. Dictations are available on the platform for 30 days.
Received - Date the dictation was received by our system.
Patient - Once the dictation is being transcribed, the Patient Name will appear here IF the MT types the Patient first and last name into the corresponding fields on the MT platform.
Status - can show:

| • | Compressing - (file undergoing compressions to reduce size and improve quality of sound) |
| • | Transcribing - (file is being transcribed, or is ready for transcription) |
Priority (Turn around time for the file - this can be changed by clicking on Priority Link IF the record has not yet been opened for transcribing. If the record has been opened for transcribing, the Link will be disabled).
MRN (if the record is being transcribed AND the MT has entered MRN in the MRN field on the MT platform, it will be visible here)
