Digital Signature (also known as e-signature)

The use of Scribe's Digital Signature feature allows an electronic signature to be applied to the Physician's documents upon clicking the "Approve" button (which also moves the document to the Scribe "Archive" files). Benefits to the Physician include:

Electronic signature is considered a legal signature by most institutions
Signed documents can be emailed, faxed and printed directly from the Scribe Complete platform, saving valuable Physician and Administrative time
Scribe electronic signature is attractive and fully customizable
Date/time signed available as an added feature
