General: Set how many records you wish to see per page (25 - 100 maximum). Click Save to save changes.

Contact info: Manage and edit your contact info as stored by the Scribe system. Click Save to save changes.

Document: These settings are for text users only, and are only available with Scribe Complete accounts.

Behavior - Choose whether to "Open next file (in queue) automatically" upon clicking the Back button when viewing records.  Choose whether to "Open files in edit mode" which allows the user to skip the step of clicking the Edit button prior to editing an open record. Click Save to save any changes made to these Behaviors.

 

Inbox/Archive Table Columns - Allows the user to select which fields to display in the Documents Queue on the Files tab. Allows the user to customize which field will functions for the View Link (open record)  and the Listen Link (to dictation). Click Save to save changes.

 

Scribe Lite Preferences My Files

 

 

Login - Allows the user to customize Password (for Login) and Phone Pin (for Phone dictation) as desired. Click Save to save changes.

Forwarding - allows the user to have an additional copy of the Inbox document delivered electronically to the Email address or Fax number entered. Click Save to save changes.
