When you first Login to Scribe, your Files Tab will open, defaulting to your MD Inbox.
Inbox is the entry point to your Scribe account which contains all of your newest unapproved records. Archive contains your approved documents only. Remember that once a record is approved into Archive, it can no longer be edited. Pending shows new dictations not yet transcribed. This page also has the Upload button which allows upload of dictations from your handheld device to Scribe.
Note: to comply with HIPAA and protect patient confidentiality, Scribe will time out after 40 minutes of idle time.
